Shandong Huanyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2021. In 2022, the company acquired all assets including land of 105 mu, factory buildings and machinery & equipment of the original Shandong Futai Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 10,000 t/a indigo project through judicial auction at a price of 30.5 million RMB. The factory is located in Pingyuan Industrial Park, Dezhou City, Shandong Province.

Our products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions. Domestically, our customers are widely distributed in South China, Jiangsu-Zhejiang area and Shandong Province. We mainly produce vat dyes and fine chemical products. Our installed capacity reaches 10,000 tons of indigo powder per year plus 20,000 tons of eco-friendly liquid indigo annually. Zero wastewater discharge is achieved during production.

Globally, there are only more than 10 large-scale indigo manufacturers, among which six are from China. Our company is one of them. The establishment of Shandong Huanyuan New Material fills the gap of denim industrial chain in Shandong, and we are now the largest denim new material dye production base in Qilu region.

We attach great importance to R&D investment and talent development. Advanced DCS control system is adopted to cut labor cost by 50%. We have maintained technical exchanges with Jinan University and Xiamen University. A talent incubation base was planned in the industrial park in 2023. We will further deepen industry-university-research cooperation with top technical teams, increase capital and technology investment, upgrade safety and environmental protection facilities, improve indigo production technology and overall competitiveness, and strive to become a world-leading indigo supplier.
